AIIM & Motseng Announce formation of Black Women-led Infrastructure Investment Group.
21 August 2025. Motseng Ideas Infrastructure Group (MIIG) is a South African investment company managing close to R1 billion ($56.7m) in assets, with 67%+ black ownership, including 57%+ black women. MIIG will invest in infrastructure that improves livelihoods and drives inclusive growth across South Africa and the SADC region, partnering with government, business and communities to build a more inclusive, resilient and prosperous African future.

Motseng Women Investments and Malani Padayachee & Associates acquired Mott MacDonald Africa to form MPAMOT, a leading 100% black women-owned engineering and infrastructure firm.
