Mamase Khanyile is the Group Human Resources Executive at Motseng Investment Holdings. She plays a key role in forming a new company culture, developing diversity, and aligning organizational strategy with structure and culture. Mamase has implemented performance management systems and learning and development programs, and she is planning to establish succession planning to create career paths within the organization.
She advises the executive committee on aligning rewards with performance and manages people-related risks. Mamase is a champion of change management and leads the HR department to be a strategic function within the group. She oversees BBBEE certification, EE submissions, and advises senior management on HR policies and procedures.
She holds a Higher Certificate in Management from the Foundation for Professional Development, a National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Training from Varsity College Randburg, and a National Diploma in Marketing Management from East London College.
