Nandi is the Acting Managing Director at Motseng Concessions, where she manages the day-to-day operations and ensures the company’s obligations are met efficiently. She provides strategic advice to the Group CEO, drives revenue initiatives, and promotes staff wellness.
Previously, Nandi was the Operations Director at Tsebo Facilities Solutions, managing over 30 contracts and maintaining high client satisfaction. She also served as New Development Director at Tsebo, focusing on increasing market share and driving new business development.
At Motseng Facilities Management, she led the Prestige Accommodation portfolio, overseeing facilities for national government departments. Earlier in her career, Nandi managed social development projects at eThekwini Municipality and the Cato Manor Development Association.
Nandi holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, and a Certificate in Facilities Management from the University of Cape Town.
