Motseki Komako is the Business Development Executive at Motseng Investment Holdings since June 2022. Prior to this, Motseki served as Executive for Business Development at Workforce Holdings, where he led strategic initiatives and managed a digital skills programme that trained 2000 IT/Finance graduates.
From February to October 2020, Motseki was a Senior Sales Executive at LFP Group, leading a team of regional and key account managers and developing sales strategies in the public sector market. At OneConnect Technologies, from October 2016 to January 2020, he implemented sales strategies and managed key enterprise telecom accounts across South Africa and Eastern Africa.
Motseki also held a business development role at RPM Global from 2012 to 2016, focusing on the mining sector. His earlier career includes roles at Siyakha Consulting, Stanlib, and Liberty Life, where he honed his skills in business transformation, stakeholder management, and sales operations.
He holds a BCom Honours (Cum Laude) and a BA in Marketing from the University of the Witwatersrand, along with a Matric exemption from Phofung High School.
