Ipeleng is the co-founder and CEO of Motseng Investment Holdings, managing subsidiaries in the property and industrial sectors in Southern Africa. A pioneering business leader, she has led Motseng, a multi-award-winning organisation for over 25 years. She co-founded Delta which was listed on the JSE in 2012 with R2bn asset value. Delta currently has a R7bn asset portfolio. At Motseng, she has served as in various executive roles including Chief Operations Officer, driving strategic growth and development.
She has led investments in leading listed and unlisted businesses forming strategic partnerships in all. She serves as a non-executive director at Attacq and has chaired the Women’s Property Network and the South African Property Owners Association.
Her education includes a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Natal and an Executive Development Programme from WITS Business School. Recognised for her industry contributions, Ipeleng has received the Standard Bank Top Woman in Property Award, Forbes Woman Africa Pioneer Woman of the Year, and is a Tutu Fellow by the African Leadership Institute. She remains a leading figure in property investment and development, dedicated to fostering growth and innovation.
