Ipeleng holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Natal and has completed the Executive Development Programme at Wits Business School. A pioneering entrepreneur, she established the first black woman owned CCTV business and subsequently co-founded Motseng Investment Holdings (MIH) a diversified group in 1998. During her 15 year career she has held various positions in the company and is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MIH. She is a director of all MIH subsidiaries and has served as an independent, non-executive director of various public companies. During her career she has received the following nominations and awards, Cosmopolitan Mover of the Year 2006, Finalist in the BWA’s Entrepreneurial Business Woman of the Year 2006, Finalist in the WPN 5 Star Woman Award 2006, Awarded the Tutu Fellowship in 2008 and being recognised as a leading woman in government and business by the CEO magazine in 2008.

Mr. Bruce Zungu is the Chief Investment Officer at Motseng Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited. Bruce has been with Motseng for over nine years responsible for the group's investment strategy and transactions. During his tenure, Bruce has been instrumental in building the Motseng’s property and private equity investments, he spearheaded the property acquisition strategy that saw the creation and listing of Delta Property Fund on the JSE in 2012 and to date completed a number of principal investments for Motseng with a combined value of circa R350m. Bruce has over 19 years of corporate finance and private equity experience. Prior to Motseng, he was a Deputy Managing Director at Kagiso Ventures Limited (Kagiso Tiso Holdings), during his tenure, the business concluded a number of transactions, he was a non-executive Director of various portfolio companies covering a number of sectors including: infrastructure services, healthcare, information services, media, engineering services, tourism, FCMG, transport and others. He was also a member of Kagiso Group's Executive Committee and the capital raising team, responsible for raising various commitments from strategic partners. Before joining Kagiso, Bruce worked at NMR Rothschild in JHB, in the merger and acquisitions team. His core expertise lies in the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions. Prior to Rothschild, Bruce was formerly with the HSBC in Johannesburg, where he was an Associate in the Mining and Diversified Team. Prior to HSBC, he was at CIT Merchant Banking Group, New York. While at CIT, Bruce participated in a number of senior debt, mezzanine, and equity financing transactions. Prior to CIT, he spent three years in the corporate finance group at Black & Veatch, in Kansas City (U.S).

Bruce serves as a member of the King's School Nottingham Road Board of Trustees. Bruce was the co-founder and Secretary General of the Association of Black Commercial Property Owners (BACPO) and sits on the Property Sector Charter Council.

Bruce is also a co-opted member of the subcommittee of the BEE Advisory Council that’s is tasked with Radical Economic Transformation Programme. Bruce received a B.S.B. in Finance from Emporia State University (U.S.A) and holds an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University (U.S.A).
